What is ALIVE?

Alive is an acronym for Always Living In View of Eternity. Of course, we don't use the 'O' from 'of,' because then the group would be called ALIVOE, which sounds like something that lives in a swamp, or maybe like some kind of french food.In any case, ALIVE is a group of people who are mostly 20 something to 30 something or 40 something, if you don't count the few 50 somethings and 10 somethings (teenagers?).

Okay, so we are not defined by being an age group, by married or single, or having kids, or being male or female. We are simply people who are looking to the Bible in order to really Live In View of Eternity. We are trying to help people grow in Christ, share the love and good news of the gospel, and serve others in relevant ways.

Meeting format

Alive meets every thursday night from 7:30pm - 9:00pm. It usually runs long, so don't plan any hot dates or job interviews for 9pm. We usually break up into men's and women's bible studies, just in different rooms of the same house. They end at the same time, so feel free to car-pool (then you can take advantage of those sweet car-pool lanes). Click on one of the links below to find out where we'll be.
